"Pretty easy to find what I needed"
The site was, like, easy enough to use and I found what I was looking for without much trouble. Checkout worked fine too, though it was a little slow, you know?

"Save your time and skip this place"
I came in hoping to get a little help from the sales staff, but they didn’t seem interested at all. I asked a simple question and got brushed off like I was bothering them. If you actually need assistance, save your time and go somewhere else

"Damage took a while to sort out"
The table showed up damaged, and getting it fixed ended up being more frustrating than I expected. They did respond, so it’s not like I was ignored, but the whole process just took way too long. Not sure how to explain it, but it felt like something that should’ve been handled much faster...

I gave it 2 stars because the delivery did arrive, but there was the wrong item in my order. Something about it just made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be, especially since I had to spend extra time getting it sorted out. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected the order to be more accurate.

I was surprised by how much the shipping ended up costing. It made the whole purchase feel less worth it, especially since I’m not totally sure the quality justifies paying that much extra for delivery.

"I found what I needed pretty..."
I found what I needed easily, so no real complaints there. Most of the shelves looked stocked, but a few of the colors I wanted were gone, which made me wonder if they were just sold out or if they keep the popular ones tucked away for certain buyers. Overall, still a decent stop.

"Prices Were Fine, but Not Amazing"
I shopped at Darvin expecting the prices to be a little better, they were just okay. I did see a few decent deals, especially on sale items, but I also found some of the same things cheaper at other stores. It’s not a bad place to shop if you happen to catch a good sale, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t say they’re always the cheapest.

I ordered from darvin.com expecting it to arrive in a normal timeframe, but my gut feeling started getting bad when the tracking barely moved. I kept checking for updates and nothing really changed, so I ended up calling more than once. Even then, the answers were vague and didn’t make me feel any better. By the time the order finally showed up, I was already frustrated. I just don’t think I’d order again if shipping is going to be like that.

"Delivery crew was kind of rude"
The delivery showed up on time. So that part was fine. But the guys were rude. They rushed me while I was checking the furniture. One of them kept complaining about the stairs. It just didn’t feel very professional, especially for what I paid.

"Setup could’ve been smoother"
Delivery went fine, no real issues there. The assembly part just felt a little rushed, though. One of the chair legs was uneven, and I ended up fixing it myself. Not a huge deal, but I definitely expected the setup to be a bit more polished.

"I wouldn’t buy this sofa again"
Bottom line, this sofa just isn’t comfortable. It looks fine, but sitting on it for any amount of time is rough because the cushions are way too hard. After a short while, my back starts to hurt, so it’s not the kind of sofa I want to relax on

I stopped by the showroom hoping to get some guidance, but it wasn’t a great experience. The staff didn’t seem very interested in helping, and reading between the lines, it felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. I left without the information I needed.

I reached out twice by email and even called once, thinking, okay, surely someone will be able to give me a straight answer. Nope. I just kept getting passed from one person to another, then waiting again, and at some point I was like, am I actually going to get help here or what? It’s frustrating when all you’re trying to do is get an update or fix something with an order...

"I ordered a dining chair set from darvin.com..."
I ordered a dining chair set from darvin.com i have a really good feeling about them overall. The wood feels sturdy, the fabric looks nice, and they just kind of make the room feel more put together. There was one small scratch on one of the legs, but it didn’t bother me much. For the price, I’m happy with the quality and I’d definitely consider buying from them again.
